Congratulations to Sherringdale School who have won the 2017 WSCL defeating unbeaten Honeywell in the final.
Sacred Heart Battersea and Belleville were both losing semi-finalists after strong seasons. Well done to them. It has been great to see 14 schools competing every week in regular fixtures at Spencer CC. As always the standard has improved as we go along.
Thank you to Douglas & Gordon for their sponsorship, Spencer CC for being the host venue, Ernest Bevin School for supplying the umpires and to Surrey Cricket and Wandsworth School Games for their continued support. The league would not have happened without the hard work of Spencer CC’s Jonathan Speller and Katy Costin who oversaw all the administration and those teachers who brought their teams along every week.
