Garden WK Session #4

Continuing our Garden Wicket Keeping series, here is number 4:

• Balance on a wobble board (could be a pillow or cushion or any wobbly surface).

• Stay low in your squat (hips as close to knee height as possible). Throw and catch with two hands against a Crazy Catch or wall.

• Return the ball to the stumps after every catch.

• Do sets of 6, 12, 18, 24, 18, 12, 6 with a 30 second rest between each set.
